General Rules:
Unless otherwise stated on the bid invitation or in the bidding document:
- Bidding Documents may be collected by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee specified;
- Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before the closing date and time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted and late bids will be rejected;
- Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address provided in the bidding document;
- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration unless stated otherwise;
- Delivery address: Public serivice Commission office, Ground Floor, Bid Box unless stated otherwise in the bid document;
- Obligatory Documents – For Bidders to be eligible to participate in any bidding exercise, must have the following:
- have a valid company Registration Certificate;
- have an original valid good Standing Tax Certificate;
- have an original valid good Standing Social Security Certificate;
- have a valid certified copy of Affirmative Action Compliance Certificate, proof from Employment Equity Commissioner that bidder is not a relevant employer, or exemption issued in terms of Section 42 of the Affirmative Action Act, 1998;
- have a certificate indicating SME Status (for Bids reserved for SMEs);
- Bid-securing Declaration.

REQUEST FOR SEALED QUOTATIONS TO BE ADVERTISED ON WEBSITE
Public Service Commission hereby informs all prospective suppliers that, all requests for sealed quotations as per section 32 of the Public Procurement Act, Act No.15 of 2015 will be advertised on the website (www.psc.gov.na). Prospective Suppliers are encouraged to constantly monitor the website as no notifications will be sent to individual suppliers.
The bidding documents for request for sealed quotations will be available and can be downloaded free of charge from the website (www.psc.gov.na)
